We loved staying in bear cub cabin! It was perfect for our weekend getaway and was stocked with most basic essentials you would need like coffee, salt & pepper, paper products and more. The environment was peaceful and secluded yet not too far from everything. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, the Timmons, and they were very friendly and welcoming! I loved the walking trail that takes you by flower fields, a pond, their farm animals and more! You can tell by the beautiful farm they have created that they love what they do. They even gave us welcoming gifts. 🩷 We would definitely come back and stay again in the future!

The PinkHouse was a perfect getaway for our family of four. Checked all the major boxes: Kitchen - updated and well stocked; Beds - firm but comfy; Pool - wonderful! (and lit well for swimming at night); Location - Just far enough off 98 to avoid traffic noise, but close enough to beach to walk or go to town in moments. Owners are fantastic and quick to respond to anything and everything. Now, just a few quick details to note 1. A few reviews have noted that the door code wasn't working upon arrival. We experienced this but it was resolved in less than 5 minutes. NOT AN ISSUE. 2. The pool filter is set on a timer (roughly on from 7:30am - 6pm?). It isn't broken. If you aren't familiar with pools or have experience with those that run 24/7, it's fine, just take a moment to skim bugs each morning. 3. The Blackstone grill came in clutch. We like to eat most meals in and having it was fantastic. We are so glad we picked this home and would return in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises.

We had such a great time!!!! So much so - we’re already looking forward to rebooking our next trip & staying here again. This place was fantastic for family’s. The upper apartment is great for someone needing their own area. We utilized the pack and play there and the pool toys. Beach towels were provided. Beach was walkable everyday & wagon available too if you need it. Beach chair and umbrella available to rent at the beach! We did utilize the pool & temperature was great (we went in May & pool does not have a heater but we didn’t need it). The check out instructions were great - didn’t have to go thru an elaborate process before leaving! Just set dishwasher & go! We did utilize the washer and dryer with no issues. The houses/property are at the end of a private road so it felt very private was a calm area for our family. (: Will be rebooking soon!

Had an amazing time here. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Totally worth it for the view alone. The rental itself was clean and well kept. Had no issues at all during our stay. We saw plenty of bears during our visit, so just watch out for those! Cody was a great host, highly recommend.

We had a great stay. So roomy and peaceful.  Especially enjoyed the scent of a jasmine vine from the porch and the beautiful sound of birds chirping. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. My 84 yr old mother had no issues walking to the beach. It was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay here again. Cody was a great host.

Had the absolute best time! Everything was so clean. The house had everything we needed even down to phone/watch chargers by the bed! The view was the best thing to wake up and drink coffee to! 10/10 would come again!

The beach is within walking distance and having access to the private beach was helpful. We had a great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the house itself was amazing. It was quiet and conveniently located close to Gatlinburg and the national park. The hosts were very responsive- we accidentally locked ourselves out, and they replied immediately, which we were so grateful for. One night, there was a lot of bear activity (which was really cool to see!), and the hosts kindly reminded us to lock our cars and remove any food, which we appreciated. The home was extremely clean, and we had no issues at all during our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The hot tub and fireplace were both great touches. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this Airbnb!

You know those super cute aesthetic homey videos on social media? With the adorable cozy kitchen and fluffy blankets and clean decorations? This is exactly it!! This house is absolutely gorgeous and the views are stunning! The small details truly made a difference and it was so relaxing. The tvs are picture frame tvs, the kitchen is super functional but also so cozy. The shower has 3 shower heads. The bed was so comfy! They have cute lights to plug in outside with 2 sets of chairs.  You can even see the ober mountain chondola in the back which was so cool!We couldn’t have asked for a better location - truly 7 min from anything downtown and maybe 8 minutes to the start of the park. It feels like you are super secluded but also very accessible to anything you need downtown or to the park. If you’re looking for a relaxing couples weekend or even a night out or all day park adventure, this place is for you!!

The place was really nice and up to par with expectations. Only had 2 minor issues. First of all, trying to communicate an early check in was near impossible. Not sure if it was because of the host or the happy guest app. Also, a heavy lamp was drilled directly into the dry wall and not into a stud, and fell off the wall when pressing the power button. (Not a big deal though). The actual place was really nice and I would recommend it to others.

We had a great stay! We had cooler weather a few days so the pool was pretty cold, but without a heated pool this time of year we didn’t expect it to be warm. There was a beach wagon with some toys and boogie boards provided however I wish there was some beach chairs, keep that in mind as you’re super close to the beach with access and we paid everyday to rent chairs. Maintenance was there almost everyday we were, which was a little frustrating as we were vacationing with family but I understand things have to get done. Overall it was a great stay, the house is clean and we had plenty of room for 2 families.

I just want to say Cody’s Beach House is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is modern yet cozy, and the space is huge, perfect for anyone. It had everything we needed, beach towels, wagons, pack and play, pool floaties, and a grill. Even though it is a duplex, it is very soundproof we barely heard neighbors. The outdoor wash off shower with hot and cold water was a game changer after the beach. The pool area was amazing, and the location could not be better, right off the highway, beach just down the road, free parking, and donuts and ice cream nearby. DoorDash deliveries were easy and accurate. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our stay, have shared it on social media, and cannot wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Cody's place. The home is in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view to boot. The home is of the highest quality using elevated materials and accents. Pictures don't do it justice. As a party of 4 different families, we loved having pace to spread out.  Our kids loved the pool and the little library in the bunk room was above and beyond. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly with kindness. We greatly enjoyed our time in the Smokey Mountains and look forward to returning soon!
