Here's the breakdown: - Blue House: 5 bedrooms with 4 downstairs and one upstairs (upstairs unit acts a 1 bedroom apartment) + Pool - Green House: 4 bedrooms with all bedrooms downstairs and living + kitchen is upstairs + Pool - Pink House: 3 bedroom single story home + Pool Multiple Gourmet Kitchens: Perfect for prepping large feasts without crowding. Three Sparkling Pools: Plenty of water for kids and adults to enjoy simultaneously. Outdoor Grilling: Convenient setups for ultimate beachside BBQs. Prime Destin Location: Just steps away from the famous white sands and emerald waters. Designed for Groups: Optimized layout for multi-gen families or large friend retreats. Guests have access to the entire property outside of a couple of owner closets. We will not be available in person but are happy to help with any need that arises. This house is centrally located within a few minutes walk to the beach and just off of US Route 98. There is plenty of parking onsite during your stay. With the beach, shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, a car may not be necessary depending on your needs. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
