We loved staying in bear cub cabin! It was perfect for our weekend getaway and was stocked with most basic essentials you would need like coffee, salt & pepper, paper products and more. The environment was peaceful and secluded yet not too far from everything. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, the Timmons, and they were very friendly and welcoming! I loved the walking trail that takes you by flower fields, a pond, their farm animals and more! You can tell by the beautiful farm they have created that they love what they do. They even gave us welcoming gifts. 🩷 We would definitely come back and stay again in the future!

House is exactly as advertised. Very nice view of the smoky mountains from the deck. Clean and well decorated. Very close to downtown gatlinburg and the national park. Highly recommend.

The PinkHouse was a perfect getaway for our family of four. Checked all the major boxes: Kitchen - updated and well stocked; Beds - firm but comfy; Pool - wonderful! (and lit well for swimming at night); Location - Just far enough off 98 to avoid traffic noise, but close enough to beach to walk or go to town in moments. Owners are fantastic and quick to respond to anything and everything. Now, just a few quick details to note 1. A few reviews have noted that the door code wasn't working upon arrival. We experienced this but it was resolved in less than 5 minutes. NOT AN ISSUE. 2. The pool filter is set on a timer (roughly on from 7:30am - 6pm?). It isn't broken. If you aren't familiar with pools or have experience with those that run 24/7, it's fine, just take a moment to skim bugs each morning. 3. The Blackstone grill came in clutch. We like to eat most meals in and having it was fantastic. We are so glad we picked this home and would return in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises.

We had such a great time!!!! So much so - we’re already looking forward to rebooking our next trip & staying here again. This place was fantastic for family’s. The upper apartment is great for someone needing their own area. We utilized the pack and play there and the pool toys. Beach towels were provided. Beach was walkable everyday & wagon available too if you need it. Beach chair and umbrella available to rent at the beach! We did utilize the pool & temperature was great (we went in May & pool does not have a heater but we didn’t need it). The check out instructions were great - didn’t have to go thru an elaborate process before leaving! Just set dishwasher & go! We did utilize the washer and dryer with no issues. The houses/property are at the end of a private road so it felt very private was a calm area for our family. (: Will be rebooking soon!

Had an amazing time here. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Totally worth it for the view alone. The rental itself was clean and well kept. Had no issues at all during our stay. We saw plenty of bears during our visit, so just watch out for those! Cody was a great host, highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this airbnb! There was so much space for our group and we all slept so comfortably. The house is literally 5 min from the beach, which was so convenient! The pool was such a nice bonus for when we were too tired to walk. Overall, my friend and I had an amazing time! We would stay here again :)
