Chris has been a real estate investor for over 10 years. He has worked from the ground up, flipping multiple single family homes as well as acquiring and managing both long and short term rentals. His goals in real estate include increasing STR holdings and breaking into larger multifamily units in destinations. He is married to Hannah and has a daughter, Katherine and son, Henry. He bought his daughter a rental house when she was 2 and hopes to do the same for his son! Chris has worked all along the nonprofit spectrum in Christian Counseling, Coaching and nonprofit fundraising--He continues to draw from a deep array of resources, and he has an indomitable desire to come alongside aspiring investors to enable them to break into REI to establish their own multigenerational legacy through creative real estate in our emerging market.
