Before going upstairs, the bathroom is also on the main level and features a walk-in shower with beautiful ceramic tile and rainfall shower. To get to the loft, you can enjoy the whimsical library ladder, sliding it back and forth. Up in the loft is a comfy queen sized bed as well as reading sconces. This home is located in quiet subdivision in Charleston. It's quiet, peaceful and has lovely water views. It's also conveniently located close to major highways and interstates. It's also located near major hospitals and other healthcare options. You will need a car most likely to get around! This house is a separate ADU and sits on the same lot as the primary residence. It's a quiet neighborhood so you will have full privacy should you need it. ✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
